The telecommunication giant, MTN Ghana, has given its mobile money subscribers the option to request their mobile money (MoMo) statement without going through any hassle.
In a post sighted by TheGhanaTech.com, the MTN MoMo statement was implemented into the system for users to easily access and to know the transactions made by the user.
Some people may ask if it is important to get an update or to request your statement? The answer to this question is YES. Requesting for your statement of account is very important as an MTN momo subscriber. Printing out your statement from the mobile money system will give you the transaction made between the 2nd and 3rd subscribers.
You and I know that there are a lot of fake and fraud cautions logs on MTN momo. This is whereby an unknown or unauthorized person logs in to your account to make a transaction without your notice. But with the use of the MTN Mobile money (momo) Statement of Account, you can easily keep track of where the transaction was made, the sender and the receiver number.
The statement of account also helps the user to know the history of his/her previous transactions made within a particular period of time or day, amount and to whom the money was sent. To access your statement of account is very easy and simple, what you have to do is to follow the steps that will be shown below.
